CDL A Reefer Company Driver

Solos: Average $1,800 weekly gross pay
Existing Teams: Average $3,600 weekly gross pay per truck, $1,800 per driver
Top drivers earn $100,000+ per year
60 CPM base + additional 3 CPM weekly bonus on all miles ran
100% no-touch reefer
Out 6-10 days with predictable home time
Layover and detention pay
Clean inspection bonus
Paid orientation ($250 per day)
Paid on duty
Paid for all actual hub miles
Weekly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses
